I'm a blue eyed blonde and I've discovered that my best look is neutral/warm. I tend to wear brown liner and mascara. Eye shadows of any shade of tan-brown look good. For blush, nothing too pink. Try something a bit more on the peachy side. Same goes with lipstick. Try it out, you may see it compliments you! :)

For some reason - browns bring out blue eyes best. You might try a light grey eye liner just at the lashes about 1/2 way out to the corner upper and lower.
