I like tidal wave gel eye liner (blackish-blue), silver eye Shadow(not too much), Black Mascara, Rose or peach cheeks, nude or pale lips, shimmer powder for a glow over tan skin.

You sound like you have my coloring. Blue eyeshadow looks nice, but if you really want your eyes to pop out, then choose an eyeshadow that is almost opposite to your eye color. I use either white eyeshadow with brown or grey shadow in the creases, or I use an almost orange eyeshadow with brown in the crease. I usually use black eyeliner and mascara as well. If you take a white eye pencil, use it to line your lower eyelid, inside. It will help make your eyes bright.

For lipsticks, you should be able to wear almost every color. Red is hard to get to match, but deep burgundy colors look nice. I personally hate pinks, so I never wear them.

try soft peachy colors like a soft light brown on eyelids with a light pink shimmer just above the shadow and below the brow.

use a soft pinkish peach for cheeks just enough to look healthy

go fo a nude lip gloss with a soft tint to it!
