well for make up use a light orange eyeshadow on the whole eye lid and on the bottom half use peach also use mascara only on the top lash and for a good finish in the eyes use an eyeliner on the bottom lid

If you have blue eyes and brown hair wear brown eyeliner because it is the opposite of blue on the colour wheel and that's what you want for your skin tone and eyes.

Ok for the blue eyes you should deffinatly wear dark eye make up but not racoon looking just make your eyes noticed and bright and then dont put on blush or anything becuase with blue eyed dark haired people its good if your a little pale so your features stand out like beautiful blue eyes

I suggest wearing brown eye liner. The color will really bring out the blue in your eyes. If you want to wear black eyeliner, then wear a toasty brown on your eyes. It will really make them pop!

I'm the exact same way, I have bright blue eyes, very dark brown hair, as white as they come, and am covered in freckles! I would recommend, colors like, taupe, rose, rosy brown, purply kinda colors. I usually wear a purpley rose color, it looks natural and not like a crayon. I wear it along with black eyeliner and it really make my eyes pop.

Along with these, for a fresh look, a pastel pink or purple would look nice. Pastels just looks good. Grey is also a timeless color for every eye color.

I wouldn't recommend wearing browns because, since they are the opposite of blue, I find that by wearing brown your draw more attention to the eyeshadow rather than the eye, so in actuality your washing your eyes out and making them appear dull. This is just my opinion, I don't like how browns look on me, so I avoid them. Just experiment, have fun!

Eyes: Wear an eyeshadow that matches the color of your freckles. Put on one or two coats of black thickening and lengthening mascara (Loreal Voluminous works great!).

Cheeks: Wear a peachy-pink blush - it won't wash out your skin tone and the peach in the blush will complement the color of your eyes.

Lips: Wear a very natural color lip that matches the blush and swipe on a clear gloss over it.

Skin: Don't wear any skin makeup unless you have bad skin - show off your freckles!
