I Am a Blue eyed girl, but I have blonde hair. anyway, I think Shades for Lipstick from Red to Hot Pink, and for mascara black of course!! And fro Eyeshadow, hmm... Light pink and blues and be set for ANYTHING! (as long as you have a matching outfit!)

You should try blue for eyeshadow, it'll go really well with your hair color. Also try light pink for lipgloss/lipstick.

try on like an eggplant color eyeliner. Put a crisp brown in the crease between ur brow and eye lid.then just a sandy color for the entire lid..DO NOT PUT PINK ON UR CHEEKS. lol dark and and pink cheeks do not go good together. just put a light bronze. hope i helped.

Maybe you should try some light or dark blue for eye shadow or some green. Maybe also a purple or peachy/pinkish stuff!

For your lips, not red for sure! A dark (but not to dark) pink lipgloss.

And if you like, eye liner, not to much, or you will look kinda funny.

try a navy eyeliner or just line your eyes with a bright sparkly blue. that'll really make them pop. for your cheeks try a light rose color with some shimmer, or even go for a light bronzer or just a shimmer to play up your paleness.

I have similar coloring to yours. I love to wear black eyeliner and red lipstick. It isn't what everyone is wearing, because they don't have the coloring to pull it off...but for us, it's stunning.

Sometimes I also wear a very dark blue eye shadow on just my upper outside corners of my eyes near my lashes.

Jet black mascara, to bring out your eyes and hair.

Dark blue/black eye shadow around the edges of your lids (nearest your ears) fading inward until there's no shadow near your corners/

Powdered bronzer, to add a glow to your fair skin.

Keep the lips natural, a translucent gloss with a pink-y touch will do.

ooh nice color pallete! u sound pretty. well i would suggest another shade of blue to make ur eyes pop. avoid greens, golds, and bronze colors of shadow. for a dramatic look, try a plum eye shadow in a cat eye shape. apply liner and mascara. for a trendy look, try finding a silver, sparkle eyeliner (try sephora) and apply over black liner. if you cant get liner, find a glittery shadow and apply as liner.
