i would say use a black mascara, a copper color on the eye black eye liner if you use eyeliner no blush!!and green would look good on your eyes to!!!i don't know what color your skin is so i can't tll you what foundation to wear!

with blue eyes don't ever wear dramamtic colors. Stick to nuetrals like browns and tans and even light reds. Not too much blush, but if u have a darker complexion play around with that.
