Well i dont know any places around those area but just so you know, to get it blue you need to bleach your hair blonde..almost white [which is permanent] unless that's ur natural hair color and then they use a semi-permanent dye which fades in about a month or more.

You can get hair extensions at a local barber shop maybe. I know I had bright red ones last year. Or perhaps you want something cheaper and more convenient... there is some dyes you can do yourself in the hair stuf in walmart as well.

Why not get some clip in extensions.. That way you can just put them in when you want the blue streaks and take them out when you dont.
