i was just wondering because at the moment i have light blonde highlights. they make me look slightly pale and they are growing out soooo badly. i kind of figured it was time for a change, so now im wondering if i should stick with blonde hair, or maybe i should go back to a brunette shade???

I love dark brown hair with blue eyes. A great combo is light eyes and dark hair. It will make you stand out more. You could also do dark brown underneath and golden blonde highlights on top..but thin highlights, not thick.
