Dying your hair just because the guys you go for likes darker hair is the wrong reason to dye your hair. Confidence is really the biggest thing guys go for. So if you are confident with your hair now, maybe those guys will change their mind and begin liking lighter colored hair because of the girl thats sporting it.

But to answer your question...I have blue eyes and darker brown hair, which is natural and it looks natural as well, so that is a possible combination.

I don't think you should change the colour of your hair. I think dark blonde and blue eyes go very well together. Colouring your hair requires a lot of maintanence. If you must colour it, I would say dark brown.. Don't care about the guys, just choose what you think would fit you.
