I would use brown colors with an accenting blue.

On the inside of your eyelid, put a blue from the corner until just a little more than half way. Cover the corner with a lighter brown, and the crease of your eyelid with dark brown. Underneath your eyebrows put a light color, usually a white or cream color. It takes some practice, but it looks very nice with blue eyes, and really tends to bring them out.
