Do an all over foundation, with a bronzer for shimmer. Eyeliner in a coal or dark grey. Add greys or blues to play up your eyes with a nude color glossy lips. Then to go out that night with this make-up just add a deeper rich color lipstick.

LET ME JUST SAY, YOU SHOULD WEAR LIGHT PINK BLUSH AND NO EYE SHADOW UNLESS ITS ONLY SPARKLES. I HAVE BROWN HAIR AND BROWN EYES AND I WEAR BLUE EYE SHADOW. SEE IF THAT WORKS.

I'm there with ya - Hard Candy sells this eye makeup thing with 4 colors that supposedly Jennifer Aniston uses so I've been using it for like a year and it does make your eyes pop. Literally all you do is put neutral all over your lid, and a quick line along your top lashes in this peachy/gold shimmer color. When your eyes are open the peachy/gold contrasts with your blue eyes and I swear you will not go a week without someone saying - 'wow- your eyes are so blue.'

Then don't go peachy on your lips. Too matchy matchy. Go for a cool tone pink. I use Aveda's Cerise Rose or Orellana. Even a lot of the rosy maybelline lipsticks.

But that's the trick.

i have blue eyes and brown hair and a warm but pale complexion. I usually wear peachy-pink blush and lip gloss during the day.

Eye shadows vary. Different color eye shadows/liners can make your blue eye color look different. If I wear moss green eyeshadow, my eyes look greener. Purple shadow or warm browns and golds make the blue in my eyes "pop". Greys and silvers make my eyes look more cool toned. Anything with blue or navy distracts from my eyes and makes the shadow the focus. Anything with pink in it near my eyes makes me look like I was on a bender.

For nights, you can go with a warmer red color (such as a brick or deep red) on your lips and minimal eye make up. Sort of a classic Ava Gardner look.
