I like some neutral browns But I love smoky eyes too so loads of charcoal and bit of sparkle!
some plummy colours look good too and blue/purples.

well i tend to go for making my eyes a s shocking as possible so maybe im not the best person to answe but i get complments for my black eyeliner and blue eyeshadoww with blue mascara on the bottom and black on the top.... looks nice... often matches my lego earings... people notice that to lol

i am the same i put a light coat of purple eyeshadow and then some dark and some hot pink lip gloss and you are on fire

definitively bronze, gloden and light brown shadows.. I know it because there is this arabic pop singer whose name is nancy ajram and she has the same characteristics.. Google her pics and see if you can get inspired by her makeup

I also have blue eyes and dark brown hair. I have always read or been told that you should use colors that are the opposite of your eye color (on the color wheel). For blue eyes that would be pinks, oranges, etc. Obviously not all shades will look good though. Look for subtle shades in these colors. Browns work well for a daytime look.
The best thing to do would be to go to the mall or a makeup store (like Sephora) and have a makeup artist try different colors on you. That will be the best way to find what flatters you and what you like.

blacks or browns that fade from light on the inside (by the tear area) to dark on the outer edge look good.

if ur going clubbing its got 2 be smokey eyes it stands out so much but dont do it 2 dark if you have fair skin

The lady at the MAC counter told me to go for oranges / bronze colours as it brings out the blue in my eyes...
