for your complexion (same as mine..) a charcoal eyeliner is best. don't use black.. it will make your eyes look smaller. charcoal opens them up. but ALWAYS use a black mascara. for some reason black mascara is the best color for making your lashes pop.

i usually go for blushes in a plum color... it always gives the most natural look but still accentuates my cheekbones. plum is so complimentary to fair skin.

for eyeshadows, go with any gold or bronze color. gold and bronze compliment blue eyes and make them stand out even more. i like to use two shades on my eyes. a light shade and a dark shade. i apply the lighter shade all over the lid.. and then i apply the dark shade just in the crease of my upper lid.

here are some good shades i use: lighter shade - covergirl eyeshadow in "champagne" (it's like a silvery gold.. if that makes sense) and for the darker shade i use covergirl "golden sunrise" (i think the name pretty much explains the color).

If you want a natural look-

usually pastels and bubblegum pink shades suit fair skin so i'd go for a cream blush from M.A.C maybe in Posey, a brown mascara and liquid liner will also bring out the blue in your eyes.

People could give you all kinds of advice on here, but probably you best bet is to go to one of the makeup counters at one of the department stores at the mall (if you have a favorite brand go to that one). You can ask the person running it to do your makeup. Most have a good eye and some kind of training. They will do your makeup and tell you what they used if you promise to buy something.

my little sister is the same way. i do her makeup everyday. we do a thin THIN amount of black eyeliner on the top. then line the insides (almay brand) then i do her mascara black. light pink lip gloss or just chapstick brand (it adds natural color) throw a little bit of blush on her cheeks (in light pink) (it just gives her a glow without lookign like she's wearing it.) her eyeshadow- i just sweep a champagne color over her eyes from n.y.c. she is fifteen years old and guys are flocking to her ever since i started doing this!

Okay so are you pale skin, dull skin etc? For eyes Blondes dont really have alot of colors that look right on them but I would find a gold eye showdo, DO NOT USE BLUE eye showdow it makes you look cheap! Third if you have light color lips use dark lipstick if light you should use pinks and so on!

If u want to use eyeliner that doesnt look to dark then use brown eyeliner and mascara it will look cute but ur mom should love it.
