well i would suggest blue eyeliner on the top lid (kinda hard to do but when you get it just right it looks great) and for eye shadow i would do a gold -ish color. It will look great trust me. =)

Anything purple on the eyes makes the blue eyes pop. NEVER use a blue on blue eyes. Dont use a green either (not even on green eyes) it doesnt look good. Browns and purples look great on blue eyes.

even when i go to school is use some black mascara %26amp; a black eyepencil makes your eyes POP at night or day and some gray eyeshadow at night for a smokey look for blue eyes!

%26amp; i also use a light or dark blue eyeliner %26amp; a light blue eyeshadow that's very subtle which also looks amazing. :o)
