i always put eyeliner on the bottom of my eye because if i put it on top, my eyes look really small and i look retarded, lol =]

i have black hair, blue eyes and fairly light skin.

i use black eyeliner and both top and bottom, but on the top only use it on the outside of your eye.

and use a brown eyeshadow. its pretty amazing.

Have you tried using a colored liner or mascara, such as blue or green? Those will really make your eyes pop....Play up your eyes, but leave the rest of your face neutral... Don't be afraid of color (just don't use too much and too many colors at once)

Blue eyes and dark hair will always stand out (btw im jealous). Using black eyeliner to line your eyes will stand out even more. Look at pics when Cameron Diaz had her hair black, bc she had blue eyes and worked it

I have blue eyes and dark brown hair as well. What you can do is get a mascara for your top lashes %26amp; then there's really no need for eyeliner on the top and your eyes won't look as tiny. For the bottom, use smokey, black, or blue eyeliner, which makes blue eyes stand out a lot! For eyeshadow at night, for the whole smokey eyed look, use a smokey or grayish eyeshadow and during the day you could use a light blue which really opens your eyes!

Use lots of eyeliner and try closing your eyes on the eye liner as you apply it. Buy a glitter eye liner to put on top. use eye shadows that bring your eyes out.

use a sparcling eyeliner, Urban-Decay do a great one, use it on the top and bottom of your eye, plus a silver or other metalic eye shadow would help to lift the colour of your eyes out, try a powder blue, or even a shocking green to make your lids look fuller. what you could also try is a Deep blue or Navy mascara on the whole lashes with a pink tip to make your eyes look a bit more framed :)

Blue eyes are nice alone... I would prefer without make-up, but if you don't think it's enough do some light blue make-up

try to stick to blue or brown tones. brown eyeliner will make your eyes look bigger and blue eyeshaddow will accent your eyes. =]

errrr do not wear blue eyeliner! keep lips nude, light blush and smokey eyes. dont be afraid to use the black eyeliner on top and bottom like cat eyes. the trick is make a flick at the corner of ur eyes to create the illusion of bigger eyes. wearing eyeliner without mascara does make eyes small so use a good mascara like chanel inimitable or YSL. Cheaper versions like maybeline are also great. black is stunning against blue eyes, dont drown it by using coloured eyeliner

Curl your eyelashes, wear a good mascara and wear a shade of eyeshadow that suits you..put some highlighter underneath your brows too :]

golds would look really good and make your eyes stand out....I have dark blonde hair that I die REALLY dark brown, and I have blue eyes, and I have found that Gold colors make my eyes stand out the best.

Blue eyes always "pop" when a brown or copper color is used as a shadow or softliner.

I would suggest that you7 don't use a "Liner" like a liquid liner esp. in black. It's to harsh of a line for most people and it tends to do as yu said and make the eye look smaller.

If you think of your eye as having an egg shape (sideways),

%26gt;Use soft brown pencil liner only:on the outer half of the eye stopping just at the middle of the pupil ( top and bottom) then use a soft brush or smudge it to soften the "line".

%26gt;Next use a bit of light color ( white, cream, shimery pink) just above the pupil on the lid - a dot or small circle - blend

%26gt; if you want to finish with a coppery color in the crease - blend .

Try light blue eyeshadow, don't overdo it.

And if you wore a blue headband or something your

I'm sure you look great without any make up but my daughters and her friends loved and use the way I make eyes stand out. I have 2 blonde kids and two dark brown haired girls and this is something all can use.

Loreal voluminous mascara is great, I have been asked several times what type I wear b/c it makes your lashes thick and long, but use as many coats as you like. Take a med to lt color tan "example" (or any color match up u like) take the next darkest color and line the crease of your eye lid go a bit above that until you can see the color when u open your eyes. then take the darkest color and brush just a little at the very outer corner of the eye lid and a tad above. Then use a white or lightest color on a thin strip just below your eye brow but meet it to the next color and blend them nicely, so they appear to be one color in different shades, not to much but the color scheems together look real nice. Try a liner below your bottom lashes then try a dab of the darker color in the corner bottom or more. u can do this ith many like colors. What I find other commenting on besides the shadow is the mascara and the amount, it looks nice on bottom lashes and don't be affraid to use a lot as long as it isn't to clumpy, u can seperate it after. long bottom lashes look good too in my opinion. A blue, grey color would look nice with blue eyes and try a blue liner as well but remember to blend very important b/c then it looks caked no matter how much you use. experiment with your own taste is always best.
