If you want vibrant colorful shades that are very visable, try using Manic Panic, you can find it at hottopic. Its cheap and works really good.

For cheap hairdye to experiment, just use kool-aid. Soak your hair in it for 20-30 minutes[depending on how dark your hair is] and you will get results.

Also, if you want a nice, professional dye with some tints and color, use paul mitchell. they have tints and just regular shades that will work wonders on your hair.

For strieks of color, use colour rays[you can find them at meijers, walmart and walgreens] they work well and dont fade till about after 3 months.

Here's the thing.. if you have brown hair and you want these colors to stand out.. your going to need to bleach the streaks first.. this way when you put the color in.. they actually stand out and are noticable.. but any sally beauty supply store carries they different colors... and for the bleach.. you can get those anywhere you would by hair dye.. they usually come in a box saying highlights.. good luck

Sweetie I'm a black woman and from the way you just described yourself you must be a fine sexy looking man!!! If your interested in us black women just get up the courage and start a conversation. I'm not sure what you mean by that but all women are different. I think you are talking about skin complexion and in that case you may be right. Both Black and Indian women come in a variety of shades. All women, regardless of race, have different tastes among them so it is difficult to say whether or not someone would find you attractive; beauty is subjective. Me personally, I have dated white guys before and I tend to prefer dark skinned white men, green or brown eyes, brown hair (Italian, Greek, Irish, Jewish etc.) I have only dated one blond pale guy ( two dates) and he literally begged me to go out with him-I just don't prefer pale men. I can't speak for all black women, no one can. But most black women are not as open to interracial dating as black men are. However when I do see black women date outside of their race, it tends to be with a Latino or dark skinned white man. I have rarely met a black woman who is attracted to white men with Nordic type features (pale/translucent skin, blond etc.) So in that regard you may be in luck.

i actually have black hair too and i dye it red during the spring/summer season and blue during the fall/winter season. the only thing about red dye is that it's the hardest color to stay for a long time. even if you bleach your hair first the color doesn't last all intensily, it will fade to a light brow/goldish/orangy color. the blue though does stay for a lot longer but will eventually fade to a more greenish/bluish color. red is a lot prettier, i think, especially more like a reddish/purplish/pinkish color. also, it's better to go to a stylist to do this because i tried numerous times on my own and doesn't turn out as good as a stylist.

I suggest wearing brown eye liner. The color will really bring out the blue in your eyes. If you want to wear black eyeliner, then wear a toasty brown on your eyes. It will really make them pop!

I'm the exact same way, I have bright blue eyes, very dark brown hair, as white as they come, and am covered in freckles! I would recommend, colors like, taupe, rose, rosy brown, purply kinda colors. I usually wear a purpley rose color, it looks natural and not like a crayon. I wear it along with black eyeliner and it really make my eyes pop.

Along with these, for a fresh look, a pastel pink or purple would look nice. Pastels just looks good. Grey is also a timeless color for every eye color.

I wouldn't recommend wearing browns because, since they are the opposite of blue, I find that by wearing brown your draw more attention to the eyeshadow rather than the eye, so in actuality your washing your eyes out and making them appear dull. This is just my opinion, I don't like how browns look on me, so I avoid them. Just experiment, have fun!

Eyes: Wear an eyeshadow that matches the color of your freckles. Put on one or two coats of black thickening and lengthening mascara (Loreal Voluminous works great!).

Cheeks: Wear a peachy-pink blush - it won't wash out your skin tone and the peach in the blush will complement the color of your eyes.

Lips: Wear a very natural color lip that matches the blush and swipe on a clear gloss over it.

Skin: Don't wear any skin makeup unless you have bad skin - show off your freckles!
